Krkonošský National Park Trail Guide
Created a comprehensive 48-page printed guide covering 14 marked trails across the highest Czech mountains. Included altitude profiles, estimated hiking times (ranging from 2 to 8 hours), and detailed explanations of the traditional Czech coloured blaze system to help 1,200+ annual visitors navigate safely.
Park Zoning & Wildlife Protection Workshops
Developed an interactive workshop series explaining Podyjí National Park's zoning regulations. Trained 350 visitors annually on where hiking is permitted, photography ethics, and seasonal restrictions protecting nesting sites. Partnered with local conservation officers to ensure accuracy.
Multi-Park Weekend Itineraries
Designed 6 weekend itineraries combining all four national parks (Krkonošský, Šumavský, Podyjí, České Švýcarsko) with nearby castle towns. Each itinerary includes daily hiking schedules, local accommodation recommendations, free information centre locations, and seasonal considerations. Tested on 8 trial groups with 95% satisfaction.
Free Maps & Visitor Center Resource Pack
Compiled and organized free maps from 12 information centres across all four parks. Created a portable flora and fauna identification guide (featuring 45 common Czech forest species) available at visitor centres. Distributed 3,000+ printed copies in first year.
